Description

Everyone is different. There is no “one-size-fits-all” meditation. In these private 1:1 sessions we co-create a meditation practice that actually fits your life, your personality, your schedule, and your soul’s longing.

Together we gently explore:

  • Your previous experience (or complete lack of it) with meditation

  • The specific resistances or blocks that have stopped you in the past

  • The activities you already love that are “meditative in disguise” (running, walking in nature, praying, chanting, playing golf, listening to music, etc.)

  • How many minutes per day are truly realistic for you right now

  • Your deeper intention: less stress, spiritual connection, emotional healing, more joy, letting go of anger, or simply feeling alive again

From there I guide you to experience 1–2 meditation styles that feel natural and powerful for you in the moment (breath awareness, mantra repetition, loving-kindness, walking meditation, OM chanting, visualization journeys, mindfulness of emotions, etc.). You leave the session with:

  • A simple daily practice you genuinely look forward to

  • Gentle tools to work with mental resistance, wandering thoughts, and self-judgment

  • Loving ways to bring the mind back without frustration

What a session looks like

The session is completely tailored and flows organically. We begin with a heartfelt conversation about your experience, challenges, and true desires. From there we experiment live with 1 or 2 techniques that resonate with you — you actually feel the difference in your body and energy during the call. We refine everything together until it feels effortless and joyful. By the end you have your own personalized practice (5–20 minutes a day), clear guidance on handling the busy mind, and loving strategies to stay consistent. Sessions usually last 45–75 minutes, but we take exactly the time you need.

Group Mantra Chanting Meditations offer a shared space to practice mantra chanting as a meditation technique and cultivate inner peace and joy alongside others. These sessions, suitable for all experience levels, promote relaxation, purify the mind, and awaken Divine love. The group setting fosters a sense of community and collective energy, enhancing the meditative experience.

Group Mantra Chanting Meditations are designed to not only support stress reduction and emotional balance, but also deepen your connection to your soul and life purpose.

Our Session

Each session begins with a brief introduction and settling-in period, followed by vocal repetition of a powerful mantra:

Sri Vitthala Giridhari Parabrahmane Namaha (Meaning: “My obeisances to the Supreme Lord Viṭṭhala, who is the refuge and protection of everyone.”

The session concludes with a short reflection or sharing opportunity, allowing participants to connect and discuss their experiences.

Meditation is the most powerful technique of transformation that one can offer to oneself. Although it requires a daily commitment, the range of benefits it provides far outweighs the investment of time.

In my personal experience, my regular meditation practice allowed me to heal myself from Post-Partum depression, anxiety, and chronic back pain from a sustained injury. There are other countless stories available online of miraculous healings from incurable conditions just through meditation.

There is a variety of meditation techniques available, such as mindfulness, guided, breath awareness, visualization, mantra, body scan, and many more. While any meditation practice is undoubtedly beneficial, a technique that resonates with your needs and goals has a much greater chance of becoming a sustainable habit, which is key to unlocking meditation’s true transformative potential.
