• Full refund (minus any payment-processing fees) if you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours or if you do not show up, because I reserve that time exclusively for you.

• We can always reschedule once at no extra cost if you give at least 24 hours notice.

Donations

• Donations are non-refundable, as they directly support this spiritual work.

How to request a refund: Just reply to your booking confirmation email or write to cristina.sparkhealing@gmail.com. I always process refunds within 3-5 business days.

If something unexpected happens on my side (illness, technical issue, etc.), I will offer you a full refund or reschedule — whichever you prefer.
