Hi, I’m Cristina Vitouchanskaia. I’m the only person behind this website and all the sessions. I care deeply about your privacy and only collect what I truly need.

What I collect

• Your name, email, and phone when you book a session, join my newsletter, or contact me

• Payment details (handled securely by Stripe or PayPal – I never see or store your full card number)

• Basic website data (IP address, pages visited) through Squarespace and Google Analytics

• Anything you choose to share with me in messages or during sessions

How I use it

• To schedule and remind you of sessions

• To send occasional newsletters (you can unsubscribe anytime with one click)

• To process donations or payments

• To make the website better and safer

Who sees your information Only me, and the trusted tools I use: Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, Stripe/PayPal, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics. All are based in the U.S. but follow strict privacy rules that Canada accepts.

Cookies My site uses a few essential cookies so everything works, plus optional analytics cookies. You can say no to the optional ones in the cookie banner.

How long I keep things

• Booking & payment records: 7 years (Canadian tax law)

• Newsletter list: until you leave

• Everything else: as short as possible, then securely deleted

Your rights You can always ask to see, correct, or delete your information. Just email me. You can also withdraw consent or complain to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Security & breaches I use strong encryption and keep everything up to date. If anything ever goes wrong, I’m required by law to let you know quickly.
