These Terms & Conditions explain how we work together when you book a session, attend an event, or use this website. By booking or participating, you agree to these simple guidelines. If anything doesn't feel right, please don't proceed.

1. About Our Services & Important Disclaimer

At Spark Healing, I offer gentle, spiritual practices like Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHH) (my adaptive approach inspired by Beyond Quantum Healing and related techniques), Reiki, meditation coaching, Vedic rituals, group mantra chanting, and more. These are meant to support your personal growth, relaxation, inner peace, and well-being.

They are not medical or psychological treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings for private sessions or events happen through the website or by emailing me directly.

  • Payment (full amount or deposit) confirms your spot. Prices are shown on the site and may change from time to time.

  • For group offerings, suggested donations are always appreciated and voluntary—but once given, they are non-refundable as they support this work.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

I value your time and mine, so here's our simple policy (full details at https://www.sparkhealing.net/refund-policy):

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before your session: Full refund (minus any small processing fees).

  • Cancel within 48 hours or no-show: No refund, as that time is reserved just for you.

  • Want to reschedule? No problem—just let me know at least 24 hours ahead, and we'll find a new time at no extra cost.

  • Donations: Non-refundable.

If I ever need to cancel (due to illness or something unexpected), you'll get a full refund or easy reschedule—whichever you prefer.

4. Your Responsibilities as a Client

To make our time together safe and smooth:

  • Share honest information when booking or during our chat.

  • Arrive on time (late starts may shorten the session, without a refund).

  • For online sessions, ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space without disturbances (no people or pets interrupting).

  • For online QHH sessions specifically: You'll need a computer (not just a phone), wired over-the-head headphones (to prevent them falling off during deep relaxation), stable internet, and a private room.

  • If you're booking for a minor, parental consent (and sometimes accompaniment) is needed.

  • Please let me know about any medical or psychological conditions that might be relevant (like schizophrenia or dissociative disorders)—I may suggest checking with a professional first.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Everything you share with me stays private, except if the law requires otherwise. I take your trust seriously—see the full Privacy Policy at https://www.sparkhealing.net/privacy-policy.

6. Session Recordings

To help you revisit your experience (as hypnosis can sometimes make details fuzzy):

  • In-person sessions: Audio-recorded, uploaded to a private, secure link for a limited time (usually two weeks) for you to download. After that, it's permanently deleted.

  • Online sessions: Video-recorded via Zoom, with the same private link and limited download period before permanent deletion.

7. Liability

By participating, you understand that sessions may bring up emotions, memories, or sensations. You release Spark Healing and me (Cristina) from any claims related to your experience. If anything feels off afterward, please seek the right professional support.

8. Website Content

All text, images, guided meditations, and materials on this site belong to Spark Healing. Please don't copy or share them without asking.

9. Changes to These Terms

I may update this page occasionally. Continuing to use the site or services means you accept the updates.
