Description
OM Chanting is a powerful ancient Vedic practice that uses the transformational power of OM to activate the self-healing potential of participants. It purifies all negative energy in the environment and brings love, joy and peace to everyone around.
OM Chanting also brings people together in service of others. Like a prayer, the positive vibrations of OM can be offered to support those in need.
OM Chanting has been brought to us by God-Realized Masters, Mahavatar Babaji and Paramahamsa Vishwananda, and it carries their blessing when led by one of their trained OM Chanting organizers. It is one of the practices of Atma Kriya Yoga, which awaken Divine Love.
OM Chanting sessions support emotional balance, mental clarity, and spiritual growth through the rhythmic repetition of the sacred sound, which is believed to align the body’s energy centers and create a meditative state.
Our Session
Each session begins with a brief explanation of OM Chanting, including how to participate and the significance of the practice. We then engage in 45 minutes of continuous chanting, seated in a circle to enhance the collective energy. The session concludes with a sharing of experiences, where participants can reflect on their feelings or insights. Afterward, participants are invited to join the group for a shared meal, encouraging conversation and spiritual connections in a relaxed setting.
